It reminds me of the old adage, you only need two things in your tool kit - duct tape and WD-40.
o If it moves and it's not supposed to - duct tape.
o If it doesn't move and it's suppsed to - WD-40.
Closely related to the old military adage:
o If it moves - salute it.
o If it doesn't more - paint it.
